Oakwood Homes of Farmville named Northeast/Mid-Atlantic Sales Center of the Year 2018

Local home center honored during annual industry meeting in Las Vegas

MARYVILLE, Tenn., May 10, 2018 – Oakwood Homes of Farmville, Virginia has been named Northeast/Mid-Atlantic Sales Center of the Year by the Manufactured Housing Institute.


Clayton, one of America’s largest home builders, accepted the award during MHI’s 2018 National Congress and Expo at the Paris Hotel in Las Vegas. The company was also named Manufacturer of the Year.


Oakwood Homes of Farmville opened in 1997. General manager Jeff Ledger began his career at the location. For the past 20 years, Ledger and his team have been committed to providing a world-class experience for home buyers and have helped over 1,000 families find a new home.

Every year, the Manufactured Housing Institute selects a home center from each of its four regions to be honored during their annual meeting in Las Vegas.
