BELTON, Texas, Mar. 5, 2015 – TRUmh Texas, a Clayton Homes company, is expanding their home building facility and will bring 175 new jobs to the city of Belton. This expansion is taking place to keep up with the growth in the number of manufactured homes being built across the country.

The proposed project will include the expansion, renovation and retooling of an existing building located at 1313 Industrial Park Rd. Belton, TX, 76513 at a cost of approximately $6.3M. Upon completion of the project, TRUmh will create and maintain 175 total additional jobs—75 in the first year and 100 in the second year post completion.

TRUmh first opened its doors in January 2013 and has grown its team to a total of 210 team members from Belton and the surrounding area. TRUmh builds quality, affordable housing for people all across America. All TRUmh homes are built to federal code to ensure safety, strength, durability and energy efficiency.
