JEFFERSON COUNTY, Tenn., Sept. 9, 2019 – The TRU White Pine home building facility, of the Clayton Home Building Group® and one of the nation’s leading off-site home builders, celebrated the grand opening of its multi-phase renovation on Friday, Aug. 16.

The off-site home builder hosted a brief ceremony for team members and community guests which included tours and a ribbon cutting. Opening remarks were made by General Manager, Blake Ryman, Jefferson County Chamber of Commerce CEO and President, Darrell Helton, and White Pine Mayor, Glen Warren.

Renovations included an expansion and remodel to the dining area and upgrades to the team member training room, offices and additional features on the exterior of the facility. The updated spaces will also be available to the community for hosting various events.

“We believe the first step in providing a world-class experience for our customers, is providing a world-class experience for our team members by creating a beautiful work environment,” said Ryman. “But, we are not only about investing in our team members, we also want to open up this space and invite the community to come out and have meetings whenever needed.”

Over the last three years, Clayton Home Building Group has made upgrades to three of its 40 home building facilities nationwide. Clayton Athens, located in Athens, Texas, was the first major investment in team member experience and has served as a benchmark for the company’s team member focused approach.

TRU White Pine was the fourth completed renovation and one of multiple home building facilities Clayton Home Building Group plans to revamp in 2019. For more information on Clayton Home Building Group, visit www.claytonhomes.com.
